AXA-Minmetals Assurance Co.,Ltd. Guangdong Branch

On September 18, 2003, the Guangzhou branch of AXA-Minmetals Assurance Co. Ltd. was opened. This is the first subsidiary of AXA-Minmetals Assurance Co. Ltd., which represented the start of AXA-Minmetals’ national expansion blueprint. From then on, Guangzhou Branch has kept continuous and stable increase of business generation, which showed the great potential in Guangzhou insurance market. In May 2006, AXA-Minmetals got CIRC’s approval to upgrade its Guangzhou branch to AXA-Minmetals Assurance Guangdong Branch, and expand its business geographically to the whole Guangdong Province.

“Commitments to development of China” is AXA-Minmetals’ unchangeable philosophy. During the years of operation in China market, AXA-Minmetals has kept a substantial and constant growth and been proactive with its expansion strategy gradually. In 2005, based on the operation in Guangzhou, AXA-Minmetals will extend its business and service to the flourishing Zhujiang Delta Zone, and exploit further new developed market in Guangdong Province actively.
