Workflow Brief Introduction
Client could know more details about our products via company’s website,
CS, agent etc. Then agent will help client to identify his needs and
design the package.
Client fills & submits application form once he chooses the
plan. If UW approves the case, policy will be issued and sent to
client.
Application Files Brief Introduction
Application Form：This is master file, including plan and basic information
of client etc.
Supplement：Client could give clear indication of special information
on it.
Remark
Client must submit the following materials：
A、 Identity card；
B、 Debit Account number( if renewal premiums will be auto-pay)；
C、 Health history(if any) and relevant medical records；
D、 Other proofs upon UW requirement.
Owner and insured must fill all blanks in application form and
all application files must be signed by owner and insured themselves. |
