Turn around time:
We promise
- Policy administration: complete the case in three working days
after we received the entire application form and other documents
from you.
- Claim: To complete the validation on normal case within 7 to
10 working days by your comprehensive claim material. Afterward,
claim amount will be either automatically paid to customer's personal
bank account or withdrawn by you at company cashier. For abnormal
cases, we will inform you to submit the further information, and
report the status every 15 days till its completion. Generally,
the maximum turn around time for a certain claim case would no
longer than 60 days
