The insured must be of healthy in nature, with the plan renewable to age 65

Benefits

Death Benefit:
During the effective period of the Policy, if death occurs to the insured within 180 days since the accidental injury occurs, the amount we will pay, as a lump sum which is the sum insured to the Beneficiary.

Disability Benefit
The Insured becomes disabled within 180 days since the accidental injury occurs, we will pay the benefit if the disablements are listed in the schedule.

Burns Benefit
The third degree burns covering at least 10 percent of the surface area of the insured’s body, the burns benefit will be given to the insured.
