Minimum entry age: 16
Maximum entry age: 60 (renewable to age 65)
Minimum number of insured employees: There must be at least 30 insured
employees at least 75% of all eligible employees must be covered
Dependent option: Spouse or children of the insured employee can
apply for cover and are subject to underwriting
Benefit
* We will pay the agreed amount under the contract, when the insured
receives the hospital outpatient treatment due to accidental or
non-accidental causes.
* Two benefit options:
Option 1. per visit based reimbursement
Deductible: 20 or 50 RMB per visit
Coverage: 70%, 80% or 90%
Maximum amount per visit: 200, 300 or 400 RMB
Maximum no. of visits p.a: 10 or 25 visits
Option 2. per annum based reimbursement
Deductible: 300 or 500 RMB per annum
Coverage: 70%, 80% or 90%
Maximum amount p.a: 5000, 10000 or 20000 RMB
