The Wellness Benefit:
Free Routine Health Checks and Vaccines
An insurance company that provides its members with access to free routine health checks and free vaccines is an insurance company that cares about its members. That's because we understand that, like the old adage goes, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Our Plus and Comprehensive Medical Insurance Plans both have the Wellness Benefit as standard, and there's nil co-insurance, which means we'll pay in full. Below are some examples of what the Wellness Benefit could cover.

- For babies and children, we can cover all necessary health checks and vaccines such as those below, helping your child to grow up healthy and strong.
- Well baby check-up: RMB 1550
- Flu Shot: RMB 1100
- DPT vaccine: RMB 1650
- BCG Vaccine: RMB 1500
- #2. Adult Woman
- Below are some examples of tests that need to be done as necessary precautions to deal with some of the prevalent diseases that affect adult women.
- Gynaecological check: RMB 1300
- Adnexa Ultrasound B: RMB 1000
- Molybdenum Mammogram: RMB 1450
- Electrocardiogram test: RMB 2100

- As men get older, the necessity of performing various types of health checks becomes far greater in order to ensure health and wellbeing.
- Prostate exam: RMB 1100
- General check-up: RMB 1900
- Treadmill test: RMB 850
- Oncology test: RMB 2100
About the Wellness Benefit
The Wellness Benefit has an annual limit of RMB 5,950 under the Plus Plan and an annual limit of RMB 4,760 under the Comprehensive plan. Routine health checks and vaccinations need to be approved by your medical practitioner in order to be eligible for cover. Tests related to pregnancy are not covered under the Wellness Benefit, but can be covered under the Maternity Add-on Plan.
