Main responsibility:
1.Outsource and develop affluent market prospects through different channels
积极开拓中、高端理财客户
2.Proactively sell and cross-sell the assigned wealth management products and services to targeted customer in line with corporate strategy and abide by the compliance policies and established procedures
遵守公司法规政策,流程,为客户提供多样化的金融理财产品,实行交叉营销
3.Analyze potential client’s wealth planning needs and design tailored portfolio
分析潜在客户的投资理财需求并提供综合理财方案和建议
4.Understand products and provide continuous feedback from clients to the team
了解产品并持续提供客户反馈
5.Build trust relationship with clients. Conduct regular client communication and portfolio reviews
与客户建立信任关系并定期沟通,提供产品报告
6.Conduct educational and prospecting seminars/events
负责协助市场部组织策划理财培训课程或者理财沙龙活动
7.Complete other targets per upgrade manager required
完成上级安排的其他工作
8.Ensure responsibly of management obey government laws, rules & inspection rules and discharge obligation of anti-money
确保按照国家法律,法规,监管规定,公司内部规章制度履行相应责任和反洗钱义务
Requirement:
1.4+ years working experience of investment consulting or wealth management
4年以上投资顾问或理财相关工作经验
2.Established affluent client base and social network
拥有相当数量的高端客户基础和良好的社会关系
3.Good time management
时间管理观念强
4.Excellent English and Chinese communication and presentation skills, understand English finance terms
熟练使用普通话和英语进行沟通和自我展示, 理解金融英语术语
5.In-depth knowledge of the enlisted products and services and the related branch operations and procedures, system and technology
熟悉理财投资知识,能够设计综合理财规划,了解相关部门运作流程和系统
6.Maintain high ethical standard while conducting business
